Warranty of the arcade machines?
- Each arcade machines made by HY Arcade is with 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase. Our professional service team would like to help replace the broken part or assist repairing under warranty. We will love to accept consultation and give advice out of warranty.

Shipping & refund Policy?
- We make every machine in best protection and we exam everyone before it’s shipped . But if you find the machine damaged or broken, contact to us as soon as possible. Returns are not supported but we accept canceling the pre-order before the order is in transit.
